I am a performance engineering lead with 20+ years across banking and healthcare, including TD Bank, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America, and Citibank. My work spans workload modelling, NFR/SLO definition, bottleneck analysis, capacity right-sizing, and confidence-level reporting to executives on release readiness.
My experience covers web, API, microservice, database, and core banking platforms on Azure and AKS, with hands-on expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace (11 years), Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, plus JavaScript/Node.js tooling, Selenium- and Puppeteer-based UI testing, and AI-assisted engineering with GitHub Copilot and Ollama.
I have managed performance engineering teams of up to 30 engineers in India while leading delivery with teams in the US and Canada. Today I work hands-on as an individual contributor, so clients get both practice leadership and direct engineering execution.

- • Currently leading performance testing for document verification services (2024–present); pioneered TD's first camera-feed load testing approach using y4m video injection; cut test-video generation from hours to minutes with a GitHub Copilot agent.
- • Led performance engineering for TD's core banking platform used by customer service reps (2022–2024); right-sized ~40 Azure App Service apps, saving ~CAD 50,000/month.
- • Found an AKS HPA misconfiguration through spike testing after production showed surges to ~2,000 TPS at the top of every hour against a 700 TPS tested peak.
- • Resolved bottlenecks found with Dynatrace: HTTP connection pool limits, TCP handshake failures, and slow audit database queries.
- • Defined the performance delivery process from intake to executive confidence reporting; built Jenkins smoke tests on every PAT build and GitHub Actions pipelines for test runs.
- • Run chaos, failover, and alert-validation testing on AKS workloads.
